TERRIBLE!!

TERRIBLE!!! bought a pair of shoes. Waited for 2 wks still wasnt delivered. Emailed them, they put my order as returned. Chat with a very unprofessional representative, I asked for them to send it, he told me they don't have my size that's why it wasnt delivered, then cut me off from the communication. ITS A WASTE OF TIME.

Defective product

Ok, it’s been 3 days now since I’ve talked to “another agent” who said it would be 24to 48 to receive my refund. This is the 4th time I’ve been told this. How can a company like under armor be so badly managed. This is pathetic, I have yet to talk to someone there that even remotely sounds like they been trained or know what they are talking about. This is a failure of management.

I’m contacting the better business bureau to get this resolved

Do not order from these people

Do not order from these people. I ordered two tops a mnth ago. A few days later I was informed they had been shipped and then received a message from FedEx to say they would be delivered on 18th, then 19th August. It didn't arrive. I called FedEx and spoke to a man who assured me it would be delivered on 25th August and we made a plan as to where it should be left. It never came.
Now I have received an email telling me I have a
refund. This is not only mystifying, but also very unsatisfactory. I am incensed to see that the refund has come through, for the tops, but not for the postage and packing. Therefore £3.95 has been taken and not refunded it.'Sophia' on 'live chat' says she cannot help. It is outrageous. Where has the parcel disappeared to and why was it not delivered? This is my first order from UA, and it will be my last.

Under Armour's customer service

Under Armour's customer service, if you want to call it that, is garbage. I got a shirt with a security tag on it and called for help. They just told me to find a department store to have it removed. Nothing to the effort of sorry, send it back and we will send a new one, nothing. I then tried to write a fair review on their product within the website and gave three stars. They told me it doesn't meet their guidelines and won't publish it. They don't want to ruin their 5 Stat rating. What a joke.

DISASTER, never buy it online

Made an order online and found all of those shoes were too small, so I replaced two of them and returned the rest. After the return confirmation emails, the company sent two refund emails to me. So I called the customer service number and asked what my replacement was going on. The first lady made a new order for me on August 3rd, but on August 20th, I still did not get the shoes or any shipping email. Therefore, I called the phone again, and the second lady told me because of their new system, my order was held but would be sent in three or five days. She gave me a discount and told me to wait. On August 22th, this "GREAT" company sent me two emails that both of the shoes were OUT OF STOCK! I called the number the third time, there were three people who talked to me and no one say SORRY! They just told me that I can just choose the refund or the other color to make a new purchase. NEVER NEVER NEVER trust the return or replace or the customer service of this company.

I purchased a pair of gym shoes wore them for about a month top by toes are getting holes. Called them no help. There product is by far the worst. I would never purchase anything from under armor again.

As long as dwayne johnson is sponsored by under armour ill never buy their products , he had a sob story made it in movies by luck and not a real athlete to give insight on improving equipment for athletes

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. I asked for assistance in relation to an under armour product that I received as a present and which had a small fault that I was going to repair myself with a little help. I asked Under armour to help with a small part which I am willing to pay for and I made that clear. No help at all. They don’t have customer service for products not bought on line through their website. Caveat Emptor when buying under armour products!
